Section 6: Linlithgow to South Queensferry

The classic car show and hill climb event is on once again at Kinneil Estate on the weekend of 31st August - 1st September. A great chance to watch the racing or simply soak up the history of motorsport, this year marks 60 years since double Formula 1 World Champion Jim Clark competed here.

As the John Muir Way goes through the estate, why not head out onto the trail at the weekend and take in the show? Please be aware that a very small section of the hill climb intersects with our signposted route. There is no route closure in place but please take care near the hill climb course and follow marshalls' advice to pass through safely.
