Short diversion in place at Prestonpans war memorial

Section 8: Edinburgh to Prestonpans

(Close to the start of Section 9: Prestonpans to North Berwick)

A short diversion is in place on the John Muir Way in the centre of Prestonpans due to work to redevelop Prestonpans War Memorial Square. The route is diverted onto High Street for approximately 100 metres, opposite Ayres Wynd, and will remain in place until April 2022. Please follow diversion signs.
